Do pictures represent the real item?

The product picture you see is the real item, except it is enlarged and often enhanced so that you are able to see the beautiful details and the style of the ring. The carat weight, size and metals can be selected and are not always represented in the picture.

Yes! For $29.99, PrimeSettings can offer engraving for your jewelry as long as their enough space for up to 14 characters.

Can you resize my ring and how much does it cost?

PrimeSettings can professionally resize your ring for a competitive, low fee. For gold rings, we resize for $19.99 and for platinum rings, the fee is $49.99. Contact us to speak with a PrimeSettings team member.

Do you offer warranty on your items?

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards including PayPal, personal check, money order and bank wire transfers. You can choose your payment option upon check out.

Can I upgrade my item after I already paid for it?

Absolutely. Contact us 1-888.513-2063 or email us sales@PrimeSettings.com. Be ready to provide your Order ID # and the item # that you would like to purchase. Your item # can be found under the photo in the product details fields. A specialist will provide a new price and instructions on how process your exchange. They are also available to answer any additional questions you may have.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will apply only on New Jersey residents. The tax rate is 7%

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we can offer a layaway payment program with the following terms:

1. 20% of the purchase price is required as a down payment
2. Remaining balance is to be paid in full within 3 months.

How can I pay if my “transaction is over my daily limit”?

PrimeSettings offers 2 solutions if your credit card has limited your daily transaction amount.

1. We recommend you call your credit card company (or your bank) and ask that they temporarily allow a one-time increase in your transaction amount for a PrimeSettings purchase. They are usually able to increase your limit immediately allowing you to place your order.

2. If you are not able to call your credit card company, then place your order on-line and choose the “Pay by Phone” option. Contact us and provide your order #. PrimeSettings can split your payment so that is under your daily transaction amount. We will process your first payment and on the following day, you will need to contact us again to process the final payment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and order. Shipping rates and options are indicated on the checkout page. Currently, we are offering FREE shipping for our international and United States customers. For international customers, custom and duty fees are solely the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary according to the customer’s specific country’s laws and regulations.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes! In order to help you save even more money, we can combine shipping up to 4 items.
However, insurance on the amount of $4.99 is to be paid for each item.

Is the jewelry insured during shipping?

Yes, all of our shipments are insured and for extra security, we also require a signature upon delivery.

Does my jewelry come with a jewelry box?

All jewelry comes packaged in a beautiful jewelry box. For an additional cost, you can choose an upgraded jewelry box from the product page.

How much are taxes and duties?

You are responsible for any duties and customs fees based on your country’s regulations. Those fees will be based on our factory direct prices, not retail.

Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?

Yes. However, in order for us to insure your item and to release it for shipping, the address must be verified. There are several options to complete the verification process should your order require it. Contact us at 1-888.513-2063 to find out more information.

How long does shipping take?

It takes 3-5 business days to process your order and 2 business days for shipping within the United States. For International orders, please allow 1-3 business days. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number.

Does someone have to sign for the package?

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery for all of our deliveries. If you are not able to be present for delivery, they will leave a note for you with additional instructions.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow at least 3-4 business days for order processing. The process includes casting of the metal, sizing, setting the diamonds, inspection, certification and shipment processing. In some cases, we may require up to 7 days for items such as bracelets and custom jewelry.

How long does a return take to process?

The process to inspect and complete the exchange or refund is usually 5-7 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Allow up to 5 business days for refund processing time.
