To ensure you can shop with confidence, Primesettings.com provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty (“The Warranty”) that covers each piece of jewelry you purchase from us. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the buyer who originally purchased the item. Any transfer of the item from the original buyer will void the warranty. Please read the following carefully as it explains the consumer's rights under The Warranty, as well as the obligations of Primesettings.com thereto.
Primesettings.com guarantees that all fine diamond, colored gemstone, platinum jewelry and gold jewelry it sells is genuine and authentic. Where specifically mentioned, purchases will be accompanied by an Independent Lab Certificate from GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD, FAGL, or IGI. Primesettings.com further guarantees that any defects in manufacturing present within 60 days from the time the consumer receives their jewelry will be either repaired,or if repair is impossible, replaced.
If, in the sole discretion of Primesettings.com, the provision of repair work or replacement jewelry to the consumer is necessary Primesettings.com will undertake such work or replacement at factory cost (as opposed to retail cost) to the consumer. However, a consumer who exercises any or all of their rights under The Warranty agrees to assume any and all costs directly or indirectly related to shipping and handling fees which are incurred as a result.
As an additional service, Primesettings.com also provides free tightening, polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning as long as the jewelry continues to be covered by The Warranty.
The Warranty is limited to those having directly purchased the jewelry from Primesettings.com for their own personal use. The gifting, resale, transfer, or any other transaction which may be reasonably construed as having transferred the possession or ownership of the item purchased – either in fact, or appearance – from the original consumer with Primesettings.com to a third party will void The Warranty and leave both the original purchaser as well as the new possessor or owner without any rights or claims against Primesettings.com.

The Warranty applies to consumers regardless of the legal jurisdiction they may be in. However, in the case of any dispute between a consumer and Primesettings.com arising by virtue of the rights and obligations enumerated therein, the consumer agrees that The Warranty will be governed and interpreted solely by the laws of the State of New Jersey United States of America, to the exclusion of any other court in any other jurisdiction. Furthermore, the consumer agrees that any attempt to litigate outside of the forum of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, will, ipso facto, void The Warranty.

We offer a 30 day return policy. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. In order to process a return, simply contact our Customer Service department at 888.513.2063 FREE to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our Customer Service staff will provide you simple instructions on how to properly package, insure and ship your items back to our office. Items sent to our office without a RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30 day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us and if you are dissatisfied for any reason: You may return the item for a refund; you may exchange your item, or receive an upgrade to your original item.
We do suggest that you have any item checked by an independent third party jewelry appraiser that does not sell jewelry within the thirty (30) day return period. Once the thirty (30) day return period for the purchase has expired, you will have accepted the item as is. Any repair work performed by anyone other than Primesettings will void any and all warranties.
All Items sold by Primesettings are refundable for the amount of the actual item cost. Primesettings will refund you promptly upon receiving the item and completion of the inspection process. You will be refunded in the full amount minus shipping fees ($29.99 for US customers and $59.99 for international customers).
If an item has been modified from its original version (i.e. custom head settings, customized center stone, and engraving) then the item is only eligible for an Exchange or for an In-store Credit. Please note changes in ring sizes are not considered a modification and therefore are qualified for a Return for Refund or Exchange. Orders with modified items can’t be cancelled nor refundable after order has been placed.
For loose diamonds, once your return is received, our Returns department will review it for quality assurance. We will authenticate the diamond(s) together with the related certificate and Internal Report.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Primesettings.com will not be accepted. All items are to be accompanied by the original paperwork and appraisal. Please note that Primesettings.com will not be held accountable for any additional duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees that may apply during international transactions. Prepaid duties and taxes, shipping, insurance or customs fees are non-refundable.

We are pleased to offer interest free installment plans for all of our customers ordering via our website or over the phone. We currently offer installment plans of 5 or 10 months. In order to be eligible for our installment plan, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Have a valid Credit Card (debit credit cards and AMEX are not eligible for this payment method, but eligible for all other payment methods that we offer)
2. Currently this payment method is available only for United states , Canada, United Kingdom, Australia (We are planning to add more countries in the near future).
During checkout or when placing an order over the phone:
1) Select how many months you would like to pay over (6 months)
2) Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of your order, but only charged only for the 1st month's installment. For example, a $3,000 order using a 10 month installment plan would be charged $300 on the day the order was placed, $300 each following month for the remaining 9 months.
Please note that you are required to have the total cost of the product(s) available on your card. We only make monthly charges to your card, but the entire amount is held in reserve on your card to ensure payment.
Q: Will I be charged any interest or hidden fees?
A: Absolutely not, if you place an order, we do not add any processing or hidden fees on top. You would pay the same amount as if you had not selected the installment plan.
Q: Do you need to do a credit check?
A: No, we simply reserve the amount on your card as collateral (as described above - reserve hold). You will never see it on your bill.
Q: What happens if I lose my credit card, or have some problem with my credit card?
A: You will need to contact us to change the card number. If you do not provide us with a new card within a few days, the entire amount of remaining balance will be charged onto your card. We will send you emails and may also call you if we find a problem with your credit card.
